Shannon is the Director of this company and will manage operations. Shannon has strong passion coupled with extensive experience in food preparation. As a little girl, she baked, cooked and canned with her mother and grandmother. After high school, she worked at Mrs. Field’s Cookies for three years, working her way up from cashier to managing her own store. In fact, her management position was made possible after she attended “Cookie College”, an intensive management training course provided by Mrs. Field herself. After moving to the Poulsbo area in 1998, she started her own business (“Domestic Goddess”) and marketed through the Kingston Farmer’s Market and local holiday bazaars. She produced and sold homemade jams, jellies, pickles and baked goods. She also brokered fresh produce for resale from small farmers in Yakima Valley area. Shannon also has business experience and skills beyond the food industry. She studied Business Administration and Accounting Technology at University of Alaska Southeast and spent many years in various jobs pertaining to customer service, including but not limited to: order processing, shipping, billing, and customer satisfaction. Scott is supporting the company as an advisor in facility design, operations, and logistics. Scott holds a B.S. in Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University. He has over 23 years of experience in project management, engineering, and production management, as well as seven (7) years devoted to operations and supply chain management consulting with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, IBM Global Business Services, and Lockheed Martin. Scott is also a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Washington.
